
Located in Palmerston North New Zealand, Massey University’s Dame Ella Campbell Herbarium welcomes all to share in the rich botanical history that we house.
We have around 40,000 databased plant specimens, with many thousands more to be catalogued.

Our namesake was a passionate botanist, contributing extensively to the knowledge of native New Zealand plants during her 50-year career.
Our collections have recently relocated to a new purpose-built space in Massey's AgHortC building.
