Massey Institute of Food Science and Technology (MasseyFood) is a facilitator of world-class research. It is the leading and largest academic/research grouping in food and nutritional sciences in the Southern Hemisphere. The capability of School of Food and Nutrition staff align under seven expertise areas: Food Bioscience, Food Process and Engineering, Dietetics, Human Physiology, Health Bioscience and Human Nutrition.
