The School of Food and Nutrition staff are involved in a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the areas of food science and technology, nutrition, dietetics and health biosciences. We are also in partnership with Singapore Institute of Technology and are delivering a joint Bachelor of Food Technology (Honours) programme.
